Rocky Mount police reports the following incidents for the week:
ASSAULT
46-year-old woman assaulted on the 2300 block of Charlene Lane. 51-year-old man assaulted on the 1000 block of Evergreen Street. 34-year-old woman assaulted on the 100 block of Pintail Lane. 57-year-old man kicked in the face on Forest Drive. 39-year-old woman strangled and bit on the face on the 1300 block of Western Avenue.
ROBBERY
56-year-old man robbed of cell phone on the 1300 block of Niblick Drive. 38-year-old man assaulted and robbed of $230 in cash and identification cards on the 400 block of Raleigh Road. Kangaroo Express on the 200 block of North Fairview Road; stolen, undisclosed amount of cash from safe.
RESIDENTIAL BREAK-INS
900 block of Pinehaven Drive; stolen, jewelry and checks. 200 block of Clayton Street; stolen, cable box, Dell computer, $800 in cash, digital camera, Sony DVD player, hair clippers and stereo. 1800 block of Rosewood Avenue; stolen, VCR and jewelry. 300 block of North Kirkwood Drive; stolen, 10 PlayStation 2 video games and two cell phones. 800 block of Carson Street; stolen, Sanyo television. 1700 block of Bedford Road; stolen, 200 DVDs and Polaroid DVD player. 1700 block of Azalea Street; stolen, jewelry, speakers, safe, assorted DVDs and PlayStation 2. 700 block of York Street; stolen, Xbox, shotgun, Glock .45-caliber handgun and laptop computer. 800 block of West Thomas Street; stolen, keyboard. 600 block of Paul Street; stolen, television, two Magnavox DVD players, 20 DVDs, JVC stereo system and jewelry. 1000 block of Lafayette Avenue; stolen, 2003 Ford Focus, wallet, checks, lock box, two birth certificates and two passports. 100 block of Bullock Avenue; stolen, Insignia 42-inch LCD flat screen television and sd video camera laptop computer. 1000 block of Falling River Walk; stolen, $500 in cash and gym bag. 1800 block of Willow Glenn Road; stolen, rims, stereo and 28 PlayStation 3 video games. 200 block of West Virginia Street; stolen, wireless router, PlayStation 2 video game system, Nintendo Wii video game system, five PlayStation 3 video games, PlayStation 3 video game system, Samsung 32-inch television and computer.
COMMERCIAL BREAK-INS
Mom s Fish Market and Deli on the 300 block of North Fairview Road; stolen, $30 in cash and simple digital camera cash register.
VEHICLE BREAK-INS
1990 Pontiac Grand Prix on the 4200 block of Nash Central High Road; stolen, car radio, headphone set and samsung video camera vehicle key. 1997 Dodge Neon on the 200 block of King Charles Court; stolen, Toshiba laptop computer, checks, ATM cardwallet.
HIT AND RUN
1992 Ford Taurus struck in the rear bumper on the 100 block of Nandina Court. 2006 Infiniti M45 struck in rear bumper on the 600 block of Independence Drive. 2002 Ford Taurus struck on the 1200 block of Benvenue Road. 2003 Toyota Camry struck in the front bumper on the 1100 block of North Wesleyan Boulevard. 1998 Honda Accord struck in the bumper on the 800 block of North Wesleyan Boulevard.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS
1991 Oldsmobile from the 800 block of Mill Street. 1995 Mercury Villager van from the 1600 block of Cypress Street.
LARCENY
900 block of South Wesleyan Boulevard; stolen, $1,141 in cash. Sears on the 1100 block of North Wesleyan; stolen, digital camera. Sears on the 1100 block of North Wesleyan Boulevard; stolen, assorted clothing.
