Dubuque Police Reported The Following:

Verne D. Miller, 37, 365 Saunders St., was arrested on charges of public intoxication and harassment of city officials after he allegedly told an officer he would kick his (expletive deleted) while he was being arrested outside a Central Avenue bar.
Michael J. Koch, 36, address unknown, was arrested Thursday at the Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging second-degree theft.
Jodie M. Koster, 21, 1540 Central Ave., reported a robbery in the alley near her home, occurring about 2:30 a.m. Friday. Police said she wasn't injured or missing anything.
Phyllis M. Butteris, 34, 649 West 11th St. Apt. 1, simple digital camera reported $2,170 worth of items missing, included a camera and on board camera a PlayStation 3. The incident occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Thursday at her home. She reported no forced entry.
Emmaus Bible College, 2570 Asbury Roadreported $50 in damage to a door and mp4 camera a $1,500 laptop missing from a classroom. The incident occurred between 5:30 p.m. Nov. 76 p.m. Nov. 8.
