Fascist Salute Turns Nazi For Midfielder

NAZI salutes are never a good thing. Just ask Belgian footballer Daniel Guijo-Velasco.
Controversy has broken out in Holland after the Helmond player was caught on camera delivering the Nazi salute against RBC Roosendaal in a First Division match last week.
The 24-year-old twice raised his arm and put his finger to his upper lip to gesture towards RBC's midfielder Mels van Driel, camera enclosure with the referee failing to take action on either occasion.
And when questioned about the actions after the match, camera cache marocaine Guijo- Velasco defended his behaviour by claiming that Van Driel was acting like 'a German'. No, camera professionnel not acting like a 'Nazi'but a 'German'.
Guijo-Velasco does his best here for Belgian-German relations by hardening national stereotypes.
Helmond have since punished Guijo-Velasco with an internal suspension.
