GREENVILLE, explosion proof camera S.C. -- A Greenville father is choosing to forgive a man who stole something precious and then returned it.
Darius, whose last name has not been disclosed, accidentally left his camera bag in a hospital hallway. The camera bag contained recordings of his children's lives -- including the birth of his second child just two hours before.
Besides the priceless recordings, the camera bag also held Darius' wedding ring. His wife had squeezed his hand so hard during labor that Darius took off the ring and put it in the bag.
Another man was caught on camera stealing the bag. After the story appeared on the news along with the surveillance video, the thief turned himself in to police and returned the camera and tapes.
Despite the fact that the wedding ring had already been pawned, and Darius had to buy it back himself, gps with backup camera he has decided not to press charges against the thief.
